User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details and contact information.
• Use the service strictly for lawful purposes.
• Respect the operators' policies regarding cancellations, payments, and behavior during the ride.
• Ensure they arrive on time at the designated pickup location.
• Refrain from misconduct or inappropriate behavior during the ride.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to the vehicle.
• Provide a valid payment method and ensure sufficient funds for payments.

Booking and Payment

• Taxi bookings can be made immediately or in advance.
• All bookings and payments are processed directly through best.cab.
• Service fees are determined by best.cab and may vary based on location and time.
• Users will receive an electronic receipt upon successful payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Users can cancel a booking by contacting customer support via email or WhatsApp. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with cancellations and provide guidance on refund eligibility. directly through best.cab.
• For cancellations made at least 12 hours before the ride, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled ride may not be eligible for a refund.
• best.cab reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in certain circumstances.

best.cab serves as a booking intermediary and is not liable for service issues such as delays, accidents, or conduct of the operators. Responsibility for the ride lies solely with the operator providing the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
